The temple visit in the afternoon was beautiful, and Amori shared fascinating things about Buddhist culture that made the day really moving. Earlier, we meditated and did yoga in her lovely studio, with a courtyard looking out over rice fields. We had Thai food there around noon, then took a break before Amori drove us to the nearby temple. Such a unique day, and absolutely worth joining.

Getting to Amori's place from the old town was easy with Grab, around 30-40 minutes, and she stayed with me until my car arrived. I was the only person in my session, but she still made sure I felt comfortable, and lunch was really nice. I had almost no experience with meditation or Buddhism before, and learned a lot during our lovely half day together. I'd definitely recommend it if you're after a local experience outside Chiang Mai.

The three-hour self-care retreat left us feeling refreshed, positive, energized, and open to new experiences. Amori was friendly and accommodating, and led us through mindful walking, seated guided meditation, and yoga. She's a wonderful instructor, and the session works for any level of practice. Highly recommend fitting it in while you're in Chiang Mai. Thanks, Amori!

The studio and house are lovely, in a really relaxing area. I spent the afternoon doing yoga and meditation with Amori and thoroughly enjoyed it. She's a first-class instructor, precise and informative. I'd absolutely recommend Flow Yoga and hope to come back soon.
