We spent four days here and felt right at home. The receptionist was kind and attentive, and whenever we needed anything, his mother came over with a warm smile to help. She’s such a sweet, caring person. Breakfast was a real highlight: comforting rice soup with a soft-boiled egg, plus 3-in-1 coffee bags each morning. They also did our laundry for free, which was such a generous extra. We only paid for the room, about 280B per person per day for the three of us, and the hospitality was wonderful. We’re grateful to have met such warm-hearted people while traveling so far from home. Thank you for taking such good care of us. We’d happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

The room had plenty of space, a small kitchen, and a great shower, with lots of parking too. I took a picture of a restaurant nearby, go eat there. Indy's food is awesome.

For 600 baht, this is such good value, and everything was included. I especially liked having a microwave. The house was lovely and incredibly clean. It’s got me thinking about building one like it for me and my partner. The owner is so kind and lovely. I’ll come back next time, come stay here!

Breakfast came with the room, and they even gave us longan to snack on. Such a lovely touch. The room was comfortable and nice, and the owner gave excellent service. I’ll definitely return next time. 🤩🥰
