My partner and I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and well kept, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help with whatever we needed. We really appreciated the warm hospitality. A great choice for couples wanting a relaxing break.

We really enjoyed staying here. The rooms and shared areas were spotless, and the prices were very good. It’s in Hang Dong and easy to get around from there. There’s lots of parking and security around the clock. Breakfast came with our room and had a few menu choices. The pool was well maintained, and the whole place was peaceful and quiet. The staff were always friendly.

The room didn’t fully match the online photos, and there was a noticeable price difference between booking platforms. When I compared Ctrip with other sites, Ctrip charged much more for a standard room. The hotel may mainly cater to Chinese tourists, and if you want to support local Thai businesses, this might not be the best fit. Similar cultural experiences can be found in parts of China, such as Xishuangbanna. Motorcycles kept passing through the night, and the soundproofing between rooms seemed poor, so it was hard to sleep. Two guests ordered two bowls of rice porridge, but only one arrived. Service felt like one failure after another. We pay for the food, we’re not asking to get it for free.
