It’s handy having KFC, nearby places to eat, and a gas station in the same lot. The noise is the problem: the hotel is right by the road, and from the second floor you can hear people walking and shuffling around on the third. If you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room was comfortable, but birds made a loud racket all night, even at 2 am. It was very noisy.

The room and hotel are both beautiful and comfortable. We got a mini refrigerator in our room, along with two bottles of water each day. The attached coffee shop is a big plus, with outdoor seating and a waterfall.

We’re from CM and needed a little getaway, with the hope of getting some air conditioning and a comfortable bed. We’ve had trouble with budget accommodation before, so a lot was riding on this. The beds were so comfortable that at 10am the next morning, I wanted to squat there and never leave. For 700 bht, the room was way above our budget, but we found five-star excellence at the top end of budget accommodation. The staff were warm and friendly when we arrived. The hotel is in a shell garage, with ample parking, a mini market, several eateries, and its own coffee shop. Next door to the station is a fabulous, scrumptious Thai family-run restaurant. We’ll definitely come back. This is a five-star three-star hotel. Thank you very, very much for such a pleasant experience.

The best three-star hotel I’ve stayed at so far in Thailand.
