Don't trust the photos. This was one of the worst stays I've ever had, and the whole experience was awful from beginning to end. The location is extremely remote. Getting anywhere in Chiang Mai takes 40-50 minutes each way. Coming back was even harder because Grab drivers didn't want to make the trip without another pickup, so getting to the hotel became a daily struggle. After 6 PM, there was just one staff member for the entire property, and it was impossible to get anything done. The pool was dirty, cloudy, and not working properly. Even after they "cleaned" it, it still didn't look usable. In the room, the bathroom was clogged, the TV didn't work, and the telephone was useless. The food was shockingly bad, with the exact same menu served on all three days of my stay. They advertise being family friendly, but the kids' play area was only one table with a few Lego pieces. The resort is completely misrepresented online. The photos don't match reality, and I strongly recommend avoiding it.

The room was so uncomfortable that we got up at 6:30 am and left straight away, even though we'd only planned to stay one night while I was in town for personal business. The bed was old, hard, and starting to sag in the middle. There was a strange smell in the bathroom, and black mold was forming around the shower. We were disappointed from the moment we arrived. The property looked run down, sits in front of a housing compound, and bears no resemblance to the photos online. For the price we paid, that was a letdown, and it isn't a five-star hotel. When we asked about a second-floor room, the staff member said the property was full, although we'd only seen three guests since arriving. They use a "leave a review, get free coffee" offer to get good ratings. This was one of the most disappointing places I've stayed.

The staff were extremely friendly, and everything was clean. We had a very pleasant stay. Fresh towels weren't included in the service, but we could ask for them each day, and when we requested a later checkout, they let us stay longer. Top place, highly recommended!🫶🏽✨️

The pool is huge, and the grounds are cared for so immaculately. We celebrated my dad's 73rd birthday here, and he called it "Heaven on earth" out of the 10 hotels we've stayed in. The rooms are spacious, and seeing the LEGO and wide selection of books in the lobby made me wish we'd booked the whole month.

We had the resort to ourselves as the only family staying during that period, and it felt relaxed and very pleasant. The rooms were really spacious and right by the pool. Breakfast was alright, while the afternoon tea was surprisingly good 😊
