The room was quite large and clean, and there was plenty of parking. But we won't return. We booked a one-bedroom suite and asked for a large bed, yet got three single beds. There's no elevator, and they put us on the third floor with an infant and toddler to carry up. Even inside the room you have to climb stairs. It was a real hassle, and the air conditioning wasn't cold enough. Carrying luggage and our infant up to the third floor was too much.

There's no lift, and the shower head pressure was too low. Room 12 had a bad shit smell coming from the toilet into the room. Its old-school centralized air conditioning needed manual adjustment and wasn't cold enough. Room 32 had better air conditioning, but the curtain could be seen through when the light was on. Parking was limited, so if it filled up we had to park roadside. I suspect I got bitten by bed bugs there. I don't understand why Agoda rates it excellent. Think twice before booking.

The room was nice, but the water tap was black and didn't look clean. The location was the best part: there's a mart near 7E, just a 5-10 minute walk away. It's hard to get a Grab, so we contacted a tuk-tuk driver ahead of time. You also have to pay 30 baht per item to have clothes ironed. 😭 P.S. We went four months ago and I'm only getting around to reviewing it now.

There was enough parking beside the building. The clean budget room was nice as expected, and this place suits business trips to Hatyai or visits to the university. Just be aware there is no elevator. Most of the space in this residence is also set aside for student apartments. The night shift staffer called me at midnight when she remembered she hadn't asked me for the deposit. Everyone was fast asleep, so that was a bit much. 😅😅
