The rooms are spacious and good, but I didn't feel it was value for money. They only provide 3in1 pre mix coffee, instead of separate coffee sachets. People like their coffee different ways! The lobby is on level 1, and you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs, then climb another steep flight to get to the room. Keep that in mind if you're travelling with luggage.

Our fourth floor premium suite had a great view from the balcony and was clean, with a good mattress and pillow. It's a relaxing, quiet resort in the city, suited to family or friends. There are some nice cafes and pubs nearby, and Lee Garden is around 5-10mins away by car. If you'd rather have somewhere cozy than the noise of the city, this might be the place to look at.

The first night started with a warm, stuffy room when we checked in. We stayed three nights, and every time we returned, the tuktuk and grab drivers had trouble finding the hotel because it's outside the city area. At night, reception was empty except for one security guard sitting outside. The so-called lady manager was unfriendly. This is just our personal opinion. Maybe the hotel's standard has dropped after covid 19.

This is a quiet, peaceful place, with comfortable rooms and ample parking, though it feels more like a small motel. It's far outside the city centre, and tuk-tuk drivers have trouble finding it. There's no nearby food, and the management is a one-man-show with nobody on the night shift. Having your own transport would be ideal.
