The staff were very attentive, the food was excellent, and the nights felt quiet and private. The beach is only a few steps away, and the atmosphere is great. It felt like good value for the money, with quality that matched the price. There was a lingering smell in the bathroom, which I understand may be because the area is pet-friendly. It was only in there and was acceptable.

We stopped here for a restful night on the way to Phuket. The rooms were clean, the host was nice, and the price was reasonable for a stopover. Our family of five took a one-bedroom room with a living room, and they were happy to add beds for the kids. The beach in front is quiet and faces Koh talu island. The pool was being renovated, though it looked like the work was coming along well. Breakfast wasn’t offered at the time because of covid, so hopefully it’ll be available again soon. One thoughtful touch is that they have rooms at the back for dogs and cats, which is great for pet owners. Looking forward to coming back.

The resort itself is nice, though there were lots of insects, which may be normal for the area. The morning and restaurant staff were good and very polite. Checking in was the frustrating part. I’d booked for three people, but the room wasn’t prepared for that number, and staff even said breakfast was only for two despite the booking being for three. The staff handling check-in seemed low in competence, so I took off a star.

The sandy beach was deserted and only about fifty meters away, and the breakfasts were quite good. The staff were friendly, but the rooms weren’t very comfortable because of their strange design, with very little furniture. The hotel seems new yet somehow already abandoned. We were practically alone in the empty place.
