Those two very friendly dogs kept us entertained and were always asking for belly rubs. The owner was courteous, and the room was decent. Facilities are tip top, with a nearby convenience store and laundry too. A great choice for value and service.

It's hard to get taxis to the place, but using the address works. The name "Mild Home" doesn't show up on maps. Once we got there, Panote let me message him on Facebook with questions, suggested places to eat, and helped us get to the fun areas of Chiang Mai. He and Natt were extremely polite and helpful hosts. There were a few bugs in the room and lots of mosquitoes in the toilet. They gave us an electronic fly swatter, which helped us keep things civilized. I definitely recommend this nice little guest house if you don't mind a few small spiders and a mosquito-killing spree in the toilet.
