We extended our stay after three nights because we liked the spacious rooms, location, and value for money. The rooms look modern and are large, though they have tiny windows, and hallway noise carries through. The hotel is in a very old building that's been renovated to look new. After extending, a cockroach fell out of the air-conditioning unit. It took some effort to communicate the issue, but we were eventually allowed to change rooms. The receptionist didn't seem to take our concern seriously and said cockroaches were something you get used to in Thailand. Then at 4am, we woke to a woman knocking at our door. The night guard had let her in to provide services to someone in the room across from us, but he'd given her the wrong room number. Not the best experience, though I think we were just unlucky.

The location is really good, and the price is low for what you get. The rooms are very clean, though cozy, and they clean them free every day. The staff are super nice and speak enough English. You can ask them for anything. I simply love it!

They clean the room daily and provide air conditioning, a TV, coffee, and water each day. Management was fabulous, helpful, and informative. It's great value in a great area, and I'll definitely come back.

I could hear airplanes before bed, but it wasn't a problem. The room was spacious and clean, the owner was very attentive, and the location made it easy to reach the city's tourist attractions.
