The shower hose is very short, making an already unsafe bathroom even harder to use. There is no proper standing shower, and guests are expected to sit next to an electric instant hot shower unit. Water can get in through a hole on top, and splashes could reach the unit while you sit right beside it. Wires are visible between the wall and the bathtub. This seems like a real electrocution risk. It is definitely unsuitable for elderly people, young children, or anyone taller than 80cm. The pictures speak for themselves. I won't stay here again.

This was my second stay, in 2024. My first visit was around 2018/17. I liked the room, which was clean and had good amenities, including a mini fridge and jacuzzi tub. Everything else was good too, and I would stay again if I visit Hatyai. The water pump broke down on the last day after several days and nights of heavy rain. Also, if you're heading back to Malaysia by van, they can't pick you up here. You need to book Grab and wait at Lee Garden Plaza. I'll come back to Hatyai, but avoid the rainy season.

The Ring Hotel in Thailand has a calm, charming atmosphere that suits a quiet getaway. The staff were friendly and attentive, giving the stay a personal feel. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained, with some offering lovely views. The amenities are modest, but the peaceful surroundings and good service make it a nice choice for a restful retreat.

I checked in around 9 PM and left at 9:52 PM. The room had a strong cigarette smell, including on the bedsheet, and the bathroom was dirty. The odor triggered my allergy and I started to develop asthma-like symptoms. I had booked a non-smoking room via agoda, but the hotel took a 300 THB deposit at check-in and didn't honor that agreement. When I told the staff, he only deodorized the room. I tried to stay for a while but couldn't. I asked for a refund because the non-smoking booking hadn't been honored. They offered to deodorize the room for 10 minutes, with no apology, and took no responsibility.

The parking is great, and the room was clean and okay, though a bit small. It had enough space for luggage and a great jacuzzi tub, but the water heater was broken. The kettle worked, but its lid was damaged. You have to pay a THB300 deposit for each room.
