The room and toilet were really dirty, and nothing seemed properly maintained. It didn’t look as if they’d cleaned before check-in. There were stains on the floor, bedsheets and in the bathroom, along with an unpleasant smell. I was very disappointed by the hygiene.

Everything looked fine at first, but check-out was a mess. We waited in a long queue while the process dragged on, and then they handed our money to the wrong person. I saw other people having problems with them too. Very poor, unprofessional management. 👎🏻

After the flood damage, repairs have been done. It’s okay now, clean and comfortable.

The location is perfect, close to Lee Graden and Kim Yoong market, but the room and bathroom weren’t fully clean. There were lots of plaster bagworms, or household casebearers, stuck to the wall, and the old furniture was very dusty. The bagworms made my skin itch. Service needs work too, with no smiles or friendliness. Please improve the cleanliness.

There’s a 7-11 right in front, Lee Garden is under a 10-minute walk away, and the famous foodie spot is less than 5 minutes on foot. The location is very convenient. The car park seems a little small, but otherwise it’s good.
