I stayed with my two kids, and the room was clean and really comfortable. There’s lots of food nearby because it’s close to a university, and we could walk for 5 to 10 minutes to find something to eat. We’ll definitely come again.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel is in a good location. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had enough space for a couple.

Monthly room utility costs are too high. When the lease ends, they also charge a very expensive cleaning fee, even if you’ve already cleaned.

It can be hard to find a Muslim hotel or apartment operator in Hatyai, so I recommend Bright Apartment to Muslim guests. It’s very clean, has a Qiblat sign to make it easy to solat, and the owner is Muslim too.

The reception staff were friendly, and there’s parking in front of the hotel. Everything was clean and tidy, so overall it was a nice stay.
