We had a great time over our 3 days and 2 nights here. We arrived around 9 a.m., and the management kindly let us leave our luggage before check-in. Everyone on staff was friendly, attentive, and smiling. The hotel was clean and had plenty of useful equipment, including an oven, kettle, and hair dryer. The water heater worked perfectly. We were really happy with the stay and would definitely return.

The staff were polite and helpful, and the place was clean and spacious with plenty of amenities and free snacks. It's in central Hatyai, with just a short Grab ride to popular attractions.

We were there a couple of nights ago while it was flooding. The owners were fabulous and did their best to help everyone arrange taxis, even though drivers normally wouldn't go through the water. The beds were comfortable too. A very good hotel, highly recommended.

A lovely cafe is on the ground floor, with reasonable prices. The rooms were tidy and clean, and the location was great. Amenities included a microwave, bathrobe, slippers, hair dryer, and complimentary mini bar. The only possible downside is the roosters living next to the building. They can be loud sometimes, but that felt natural and didn't bother us at all. Everything was great.

I slept really well here and would definitely come back. The room was good, with its own WiFi and a microwave, plus complimentary snacks and drinks.
