It’s easy to walk to nearby shops and places to eat, and there are lots of massage shops on the 3rd floor, the G floor, and along the shops after you go down the escalator. The hotel is in the city center near the Lee Gardens night market. The room and hotel are clean, with a fridge, safe, and bathtub. The reception staff are understanding and helpful. The tub’s bubble function doesn’t work, so it’s just a plain bathtub with multiple holes. Also, using hot water in the tub means the shower won’t have hot water. Driving here can be a nightmare, with traffic and all the turning around to reach the car park because of road closures and diversions. Parking is very limited, and you’ll most likely have to hand over your car key so staff can move your vehicle around as others come and go. At least that service is available, otherwise you can park in the white boxes along the road.

The rooms are clean, and I liked that the hotel uses vinyl floor tiles instead of carpet. The Lee Garden Night Market is right there, which makes this a very strategic location in Hatyai. Once you park the car, everything is within walking distance.

We stayed 3D2N at Grand Pink Hatyai for New Year. The location is perfect, right beside Lee Garden. Even with the road in front of Lee Garden closed for the festivities, the road in front of Grand Pink Park stayed open. There seem to be three hotel blocks under Grand Pink and Grand Pink Park. Our twin room was an okay size, with a manageable but rather hard bed, and the bathroom was okay too, with a nice standing shower. Parking was fine. The hotel has massage, karaoke, and a restaurant, while the Lee Garden Walking Street right outside has massage shops, restaurants, and souvenir shops within easy walking distance.

For 1000 thb, you get a comfortable room, fast WiFi, a nice bathroom, and a huge parking garage. A good classic hotel in a superb location.

We took a family trip before CNY for a bit of cheer, but it didn’t turn out as we imagined. The room smelled very bad after the flood and seemed completely unmaintained. When we asked to change rooms, the staff weren’t friendly. They advertised free parking, but when we wanted to drive to the night market, a staff member tried to tell us to take a TUKTUK and leave the car there. They said if we moved it, there might be no parking when we came back. It seemed they just didn’t want to move other cars that were blocking ours.
