Best suited to travelers with their own transport. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I needed to extend my stay one day at a time.

I came back for a 3d2n stay and was very satisfied with the cleanliness and service. The security guard helped me both when entering the carpark and when leaving the hotel. Keep up the good service. I'll definitely return.

Room 710's shower drainage was severely inadequate, and water built up while bathing. That's unacceptable for a hotel of this standard and needs to be fixed immediately. The room did have a small refrigerator, hair dryer, kettle, complimentary bottled water and instant coffee, and basic toiletries. An iron was available on Level 1. But I was surprised and disappointed that a 3-star hotel charges 20 THB per pair for slippers instead of providing them. During the recent flooding, the hotel appeared to raise room rates. That felt unethical, especially when many travelers were affected and needed somewhere to stay. The visit was only passable. For an award-winning hotel, the in-room amenities and basic facilities fell well short of expectations. With the maintenance issue unresolved and the pricing practices questionable, I'd hesitate to recommend it ❌❌❌

The hotel is clean and well kept, and the balcony is handy for drying wet clothes. The toilet was good and the water pressure strong. I'd recommend staying here for comfort at a reasonable price.
