They were friendly and spoke very well before we booked. Once we'd decided to stay, their behavior changed and communication became uncomfortable. They first promised to return the full deposit, then said we'd get only half, and ultimately deducted it all. They also charged twice for electricity. When I showed their earlier photos and calculations, they admitted the error and apologized. We're still unsure whether the electricity charges for previous months were right. The way this was handled felt very unprofessional, and the promises were misleading. I don't recommend this hotel.

I booked five rooms, and every one was clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly, the price was very affordable, and I was extremely happy with the stay. Highly recommended! Special thanks to Ms.Pepzi’

A good-value walk-in stay for a night in Hatyai. The room was very clean and had enough facilities for an overnight visit. There's parking under the building and large, new washing and drying machines. Big C CVS and food stalls are nearby, though the hotel is a bit far from the city centre. I'd recommend staying here.

The receptionist wasn't very friendly or helpful. There was no kettle, and you have to bring the dustbin from the reception counter to your room. The receptionist reminded our whole family not to make noise in the room, in case we disturbed other guests 🤣🤣🤣😜

I've been to hat yai so many times, but this was my first stay at this hotel with my family. They charge for an extra person. There's no kettle in the room, and the Wi-Fi is weak. One room can only connect three phones 😡
