Hadyai Golden Crown Hotel

The hotel is opposite Kim Yong Market and Lee Garden Night Market, with lots happening during CNY, including dragon and lion dances and prayers. The location is great. Breakfast, though, wasn't much to talk about. One lift was out when we checked in and wasn't fixed until the day we checked out. With high occupancy, waiting for the lift took a while. I asked for an extra pillow at check-in and had to remind the help desk three times. In the end they charged 50 baht per night, something I've never encountered during my other hotel stays in Thailand. The room was also very noisy, with kids running around and dragging chairs upstairs at all hours, morning and night.

My family and I were part of a bus tour group stranded here during the recent flood. For the six days we were there, we had no clean water or electricity and barely enough food. I really appreciate the kindness and help from the management, especially the four hotel staff, as well as the volunteers and rescue teams who did their best to help us through it. The hotel is clean and good in every way, and it's not far from Lee Garden and a small market. I'd recommend staying here. Thanks so much again for all your help, I appreciate it very much.

The room was spotless and comfortable, and the housekeeping team clearly pays attention to details. It was lovely to come back to a clean space after a long day out. Reception staff were especially friendly and helpful. The location beside a busy market made it easy to explore local life and grab a quick bite. Shops and transport are close by, which made getting around convenient and helped our trip run smoothly. As a traveler from Singapore, I care a lot about convenience and cleanliness, and this stay exceeded my expectations. I'd highly recommend it to fellow Singaporeans and anyone wanting an easy, enjoyable trip.

I was here from 10 to 14 Nov 25 and have stayed at this hotel several times before when visiting Hatyai. It's convenient for getting around, especially to Kim Yong Market. The concierge suggested Ar Restaurant across from the hotel for dinner, and the Chinese Thai ze char was good. I could easily get to Hatyai Plaza, Hatyai clock tower, Odean, and Kim yong market, where I went for breakfast daily. The hotel provided amenities but no toothbrush or slippers. The hot water was good and the aircon cold enough. They gave us only one door card, so we had to remove it when going out, or ask the housekeeper to open the door if we wanted to return to a cool room.
