The hotel is new, and the room was big and spacious, with plenty of parking. It's a bit far from town, but you can take Grab there.

I was in room 401 and had an electrical problem, so I was awake from 1 a.m. until morning. The hotel said it was full and didn't offer me another room. So sad.

The hotel is fairly new, so the rooms are still in good condition, and having a smart TV and fridge is a plus. There were strangely a lot of ants on the tables and around the toilet sink. It's very near the floating market and within walking distance

This newly opened hotel is just a short walk from Khlong Hae Floating Market, which is perfect. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and provided great service. I'd definitely stay again when I'm in Hatyai.

At JS Hotel, I had a fantastic stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, and it was nice that some spoke Malay. The room was neat, clean, and spacious, as was the bathroom, and the balcony was a decent size for relaxing. Khlong Floating Market in Hatyai is only a short walk away. I'd give the stay a solid 9/10.
