The room was decent and spacious, though breakfast was average and had few options. The in-room massage was a different story. We booked for three people after staff quoted 400 baht each for 90 minutes. When the masseurs arrived, they changed it to 500 baht each for one hour. They were scheduled for 9pm, showed up at 9:15, and finished at 10. They used their phones while massaging, worked with one hand, chatted to one another, and kept stopping. The pressure was very weak, and hygiene was so poor that I developed rashes afterward. Avoid this service.

W3 was a great stay for us. The room and bed were clean, comfortable, peaceful, and quiet, and there was plenty of outdoor parking. It’s a good option if you have your own transport. Otherwise you can use Grab to get around, and central is quite close.

The owner and staff were so kind and helpful when we were stranded by the Hatyai flood. Our previous hotel had lost water and power, so during our tour we moved to W3 Hotel Hatyai on Saturday (23/11), which is on higher ground. They gave all guests free lunch and dinner as well as breakfast, and helped us in many ways. The owner arranged a free ride for us to Asean Night Bazaar to wait for a truck to take us back to the custom house. Thank you, Graph (manager), for helping us leave the flooded area so we could get home safely to Malaysia. The clean, spacious room and convenient location, close to many places around the city, gave us much-needed rest. We’ll definitely stay here again, and our hearts and prayers are with everyone affected by the disaster.

The hotel has a lovely feel, and everything was very clean. The lady boss and staff are friendly and caring. During the recent flood in Hat Yai, she provided three free meals a day, along with electricity, water, and Wi-Fi. I saw her in the lobby from morning until night, helping stranded and tired guests and arranging transport. She’s truly kind, and the staff kept working without rest. This place really touched me. I’m grateful and will definitely return and recommend it to others.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and before the floods this was a very nice hotel. It will probably be nice again after a full renovation. The floods at the end of November 2025 badly affected it: the restaurant and meeting rooms were destroyed, and wallpaper and other surfaces on the lower floors were damaged. Renovation was still underway in December 2025. There are obvious moisture problems, with a strong damp, moldy smell even on higher floors. Since the website, booking, hotel.com, and Google had no information about the hotel's condition, call ahead and check before booking.
