Zigzag Resort Nakorn Phanom

I've stayed here many times, and at 400฿ a night it's been okay overall. This time, though, there was some dust or a cobweb in one corner, the air conditioner seemed to be aging, and I found body lotion from a previous guest on the sofa. The room itself looked nice and the TV worked perfectly. Bathroom water pressure was weak. A better cleaning routine would really help.

There was dust all over the room, and I felt itchy trying to sleep. In the bathroom, the water pressure was low, the toilet was hard to flush, and there was a leak. Some rooms had TV remotes and some didn't. The room maintenance needs improvement. Please fix it.

For 350 baht, this is great value. The room is large, the air conditioning cools well, the TV works, and the water heater is good. The bathroom is spacious too, though the pressure is a little low but still usable. The rooms are new and very good overall. The entrance is a bit dark, and it's 10-15 minutes from the city center. One small issue: the duvet cover smelled used, not like laundry detergent, and seemed as if it hadn't been changed.

The way the housekeeper spoke to us felt unpleasant and disrespectful. She was hard to approach and didn't seem to have customer service skills. I was very unimpressed with the service. The room didn't seem to get much attention during cleaning. There were cobwebs all over the ceiling, which the housekeeper surely could have seen. A light outside the room was left on all night, drawing lots of insects, and a big gap under the door let them inside. The toilet flush was also troublesome.
