Good value, though the Wi-Fi is weak. It's close to Big C supermarket, Khlong Hae Floating Market, taxi and tuktuk services, and shops selling new and used car parts. There are also workshops fitting canopies to vehicles like Triton and D-Max.

For this price, it's great value. The rooms are clean, the atmosphere is quiet, and parking is convenient. Big C and plenty of restaurants are nearby.

The service was good and the rooms were clean, but the property feels quite old. There were unknown marks on the walls, a cracked mirror, a stained headboard, and some lights didn't work. The air conditioner made noise all night, and only one TV channel worked. A twin room for 500 baht is acceptable, though I've stayed in places that were a little cheaper and much cleaner and newer.

The upstairs area gets good ventilation and didn't smell musty, and the location is right in the heart of the community. But the rooms are very old, with noisy air conditioners and water stains on the ceiling that is starting to decay. Rooms are upstairs, while the downstairs is for parking. The raised upstairs area has toilets and showers. For 4xx, it seems suitable for the price.

Some work is needed on the rooms. The air conditioner and TV are both old, and the TV doesn't work. Overall, the place needs improvement.
