I booked this modern budget hotel on Facebook and stayed for three days and two nights. We were on level 3. The room was spacious, clean, and well kept, better than I expected for this price range. Check-in was hassle-free and immediate, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. You can ask for an iron and ironing board, which came in handy. It was a comfortable stay, and I’d recommend it if you want somewhere simple, affordable, and pleasant.

It’s a good stay for the price, with affordable rates, basic room amenities, and parking. It’s a bit far from the main attractions, but that wasn’t an issue for us since we had our own transport.

For 590 baht, I got a room as a walk-in at 2am, which was spectacular value. It’s a good budget choice in a decent location, and I had no complaints. You get what you pay for.

The room we booked had no window, and every time we went into the toilet there was a very strong sewage smell. That explained the rating below four stars for me. I wouldn’t stay anywhere that smells of sewage.

The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and the towels were soft and smelled nice. Everything was clean from the parking area to the room, including the toilet. We only stayed two nights and didn’t have any bad experiences, so I’d recommend it. It’s about 5-10 minutes from the city centre, with chabura dimsum and kaitod decha just across the road. Rusdee Boat Noodle is a six-minute drive away.
