We booked a room for three, and it was roomy, clean, and had a balcony where we could enjoy the night view. The rate felt fair, about RM250 for two nights over Chinese New Year, checking in on 9/2 and leaving on 11/2. The location is just across from Odean shopping mall, about a two-minute walk from Ideal shopping mall, and opposite Aloha Hotel. One worker spoke a little Malay, so Malaysian guests needn't worry about communicating. It was a decent stay, and I'd consider coming back.

The standard room felt a little small, but it was fine for a short holiday. Getting around was easy, with public transport nearby and Lee Garden and the night market just a few minutes' walk away.

I've stayed here regularly, usually in the back room on the fourth floor. It's spacious, with a super king-size bed, and the bathroom sits by the balcony behind sliding doors. The flat-screen TV has a Hatyai cable connection, and the internet is stable and strong. There's also a lift.

I'm really disappointed. We booked a room and told them we'd arrive at 20.00 pm. We got there at 19.30 pm, only to be told the rooms were full and ours had been given to another guest without letting us know beforehand. What was the point of booking?
