I’ve stayed here twice for work. The staff are friendly, and the meeting rooms are well equipped, but my biggest disappointment was the food. I’m vegan, and even though my Thai colleague ordered meals for our group in advance and explained my preferences, I was served egg fried rice and egg tofu. I had to order enough food from another restaurant, which cost me personally. The rooms also have a blue hue from the colouring on the outside of the windows. My colleague found it quite disorientating.

The room was very good, I liked it. The location is a little far from the city, though there’s a motor rental nearby if you want to explore. You have to pay a 500 bath deposit before check-in. If breakfast is included, you choose the menu when checking in. It isn’t buffet style, and you can either eat at the resto or have it sent to your room.

I could barely manage basic hygiene because the water was only a trickle. There were ants all over the bed, so sleeping comfortably was impossible. The food was also terrible, bland and poorly prepared, and definitely not worth the cost. I’d strongly advise against staying here.

The room smelled bad and wasn’t clean at all. The toilet bowl was unclean and hadn’t been flushed properly when I arrived, and I even saw cockroaches in the room. This was an extremely disappointing stay and not the standard I expected. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I’m glad we only stayed one night. The hotel felt very ancient, and the air in the room smelled bad, though I couldn’t tell if it was the carpet or ventilation. I had a runny nose and sneezed in there, and I can detect poor air quality. The shower head was broken and sprayed water at the ceiling. Parking was very limited, so we were lucky to find a space.
