The room was spacious and clean, and there’s a 7-Eleven close by, which was handy. The location worked really well for an early flight or a late arrival. Service was great from the front desk to the bellboy. I’d stay here again when catching a flight.

A nice pool and plenty of space around the property. It was quiet and peaceful, with friendly staff, and the hotel is right beside a 7-Eleven. Clean, calm place for a bit of me-time near the airport.

The rooms were quiet and the air conditioning worked well. I found the place convenient for transfers to and from Koh Lipe, with the airport close by. The staff were friendly, and the pool was clean.

There’s no cafe, restaurant, or bar, and I couldn’t find a comfortable place to sit. I spent 6 hours on a hard bench waiting for my room. The pool looked clean, though the sunbeds had no cushions. My room was large, clean, and had a big fridge plus tea and coffee. The hotel is about 40 minutes by car from the center, just outside the airport perimeter. I’d booked 4 nights but changed my plans and left after 1. I wouldn’t return to Hat Yai.

The location is the only real plus. My room wasn’t clean, the towels were old, and the shower cream was watered down. There wasn’t any soap or proper shower cream. The staff gave good information, but the reception service was poor from check-in through check-out. My key deposit was gone, and I wasted time checking on it. A taxi to the airport, just 500 - 1000 m away, cost me 150 THB. I am Thai.
