The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was beautifully designed, but a few things made the three-night stay inconvenient. Wi-Fi was so slow that working or streaming smoothly was difficult. The keycard kept failing, so I had to return to the front desk repeatedly to reactivate it. The bathroom water heater also didn’t work for two of the three days, and even after it was supposedly fixed, there still wasn’t any hot water.

There’s a kids’ playground, and the hotel tuk tuk can take you to the train station for 20THB per person. Nearby places include Kimyong market, Bang Han Restaurant, Ayutthaya Noodles, and Lee Garden Night Market. Check-in is at 2pm, though early check-in after 1pm is possible if a room is ready; you can leave your luggage while waiting. They charged an extra 300THB per night per room for one person and provided an extra pillow, towel, and blanket. Iron and ironing board are available on request. The deposit is 500THB per room. They took passport pictures but didn’t keep the passports. No praying mat was available.

The location is good, and the uncle who helped load luggage into the van offered to book a tuk tuk. I didn’t get his name. In our family room, there was no window view and the holder on the right side of the bunk bed was loose. Water pressure stayed low from D2 until check-out. Staff only opened and closed the tap, with no solution or compensation.

The walls had visible mold, and the hygiene was poor. The room felt unhealthy and uncomfortable to be in. It needs serious improvement.
