The room didn’t feel welcoming because it was quite dim, even though the booking photos showed a very bright room. That left me a little unhappy because the actual room didn’t match the pictures. The location was okay and everything else was good, but it was a bit noisy, with other guests audible walking along the hallway.

The staff were friendly and responsive, and the room was clean with the utensils needed for a short, pleasant stay. Housekeeping can bring towels, toiletries, and drinking water if you request them. I stayed on the first level, so noise from people checking in and out of the rooms above was inevitable.

We stayed three nights in a clean room on the second floor, with a balcony and rooftop space for five people. It had two bathrooms and two toilets, and all the amenities you’d expect for a homestay. The owner provided daily room tidying. There’s no lift, so I wouldn’t recommend the second floor for elderly guests. Odean and Lee Garden are within walking distance, which made the location perfect. Designated parking wasn’t available, but we found parking around the area. The WiFi was a little patchy but usable, and traffic noise wasn’t too bad. All in all, we enjoyed the stay.

One of my best hotel stays in Thailand. The bed felt really comfortable and luxurious, and they provide essentials as well as room keeping service. Awesome place!!!

We paid for a room, then had to wait from 6pm until 8 pm because of an a/c issue. I never asked them to repair it, and we were checking out the next day. They asked us to move to the top floor. For what? This is stupid.
