I stayed just one night while heading to Pak Bara, and TK Thongrak Apartment worked well for that stop. Hat Yai bus station is less than a three-minute walk away, which was especially handy with bigger bags. The room was clean, the bed was roomy, and shower gel and shampoo were provided. Restaurants, coffee shops, and Seven Elevens are within walking distance, and you can get a Grab to most places in town for under 100B.

The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and even the cleaner had a lovely smile. The room and bathroom were kept very clean, the air conditioning was strong, and noise stayed out well. The beds were really comfortable, and having Netflix on the TV was a nice extra. I'd stay again.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself felt calm, tasteful, and extremely clean. Its location also matched what I expected from the reviews: about five minutes from the bus terminal, two minutes from Central Festival, and under ten minutes from Asean Bazaar. I was sure we'd picked the right place for a short stay, and now I wish we'd stayed longer.

I booked a month ahead, then they cancelled on me at the last minute. If the rooms were full, they should have told me sooner. I didn't even get an apology, just emails and calls from Agoda offering compensation. I'm really angry about how this was handled.

There are lots of food places close by, and both asean night bazaar and hatyai central shopping complex are nearby. The room was nice and the price was reasonable.
