The staff were friendly and helpful, and some could speak both English and Malay, which made things easier. Breakfast is simple but included each day, with fried meehoon, chicken porridge, bread, Milo, coffee, and more. For the affordable rate, Luxsna Residence was excellent value. The property is in a quiet residential area, about a 13-15 minute drive from Lee Garden, and the peaceful setting was good for relaxing. Families with young kids will like the two swimming pools. The rooms aren't at a 5-star level, which is understandable at this price, but ours was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable too. One small hassle: the lift begins on the 1st floor, so you have to carry luggage up from the Ground Floor check-in counter and lobby before taking it to the room. We had a great stay and would recommend it to travelers looking for a quiet, family-friendly, budget-friendly place.

This small hotel is in a quiet residential area, so it's a bit far from town and nowhere is walkable. It's a good fit if you have your own transport. Big C is nearby, as is a 7-11 before the turn into the hotel, but there are no tuktuks waiting outside, so you need to drive in and out yourself. We booked a family room with a Marvel & Frozen theme. It was spacious and clean, and the facilities were in good condition for a family stay. There are two small pools, one for adults and one for kids. The air conditioning in our room wasn't cold enough. The deposit was THB 500. There are stairs, and although lifts serve the 2nd floor and above, you still have to walk up to the 1st floor, so this isn't suitable for someone with disabilities. Customer service was good. Breakfast was simple, just bread and Milo or coffee, but it's free, so that's okay.

Dear Fern and Apple, Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Arranging a surprise birthday cake for my wife was such a thoughtful gesture. The personalized cheesecake with handmade purple butterflies looked beautiful and tasted delicious. We found the room spacious and spotlessly clean, and housekeeping helped promptly whenever we needed anything. The location near various places of interest made getting around easy. The hot breakfast was a nice touch too, with self-service toast at reception from 7 am to 10 pm. We were too busy to use the family-sized pool, but appreciated having that option. When we needed to send our little one and helper back to the room, your quick help through WhatsApp made sure they got back safely. Your care and extra effort made the trip special. The pool was good, and the family room facing it worked really well for four people. The only downside is the distance from Lee Garden and some major places. You'll need a car or tuk tuk to get there.
