This was my second time here because the four person room is cheap. The room and toilet were clean, and it came with a water heater, hair dryer, fridge, wardrobe, and dining table. There’s parking and it’s near Big C, but the view faces an abandoned building. One mattress was really hard and uncomfortable. Water poured out of the air conditioner until the floor flooded, and it was noisy without cooling very well.

The staff were really polite and treated us well, but I can’t give this place more than one star. The photos were quite different from what I found, and checking in felt like a nightmare. I was uncomfortable and checked out after only two hours, willing to lose the money. I got a room with a malfunctioning air conditioner, and the old looking yellow mattress and pillows made it impossible to sleep. Worse, I accidentally opened another room’s door with my key. Maybe this was enjoyable and convenient two or three years ago, but for me the atmosphere, comfort, cleanliness, and safety all get zero.

The room was quiet enough, but the air conditioner had a really annoying buzzing sound. It’s about 24 sq.m. with its own patio, plus a closet, fridge, satellite TV, kettle, and hair dryer. For the price, the facilities and location are worth it.

The aroma thai massage downstairs was great, so there was no need to go out for a massage. The room was spacious for two, the water heater was nice, and it came with its own fridge and hair dryer. Plenty of parking and 50 TV channels too. Good value for money. I love this place. Good job The Bless Residence!

The room was simple, but noise from the building opposite in the morning and from next door at night made it hard to rest. The cleaning lady kept knocking around 10 am while I was asleep. I stayed two nights, then checked out and lost my 200฿ deposit because there was a little blood on the blanket. No more next time. I recommend the nearby M-One Residence, it’s nice and perfect.
