For the price, this is a nice choice. It's a clean, modern hotel, about a six-minute walk from 7/11 and close to the airport. The hotel can arrange an airport transfer, and the city centre is around 30 minutes away by car. Staff were very polite and helpful, and bottled water was available throughout the stay. The pool is open all the time. Breakfast has only a few options, but covers the basics. A lovely surprise was getting welcome and farewell gifts, including accessories, water, and food. I'd recommend it :)

I'm very grateful to Tree Airport Hotel for looking after me during the flood. The staff patiently explained how to get from Central to the airport, and the Thai military drove us travelers there in their trucks. Many kind Thai people helped me through the flooding. Hat Yai feels like a warm, caring city, and its people are so kind. I hope the flood passes soon and the city can be safe and peaceful again. I think I'll return.

I stayed here while in transit. It's close to the airport and includes a complimentary transfer there. The price was good, with breakfast included. Breakfast is simple but offers plenty of choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is new and very clean, and the staff are really friendly. We had a lower-floor room facing inward, so there was no road noise. The walls and doors are thin, though, and the neighbors kept waking us up. I'd recommend the place.

For somewhere near the airport, this was one of my best stays in Hat Yai in recent years. The location works well if you're driving or catching a flight. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It was worth more than what I paid, and I'll definitely stay again on a future Hat Yai trip.
