In Room101 there were lots of mosquitoes, a sewage smell, and a water heater that didn’t work. We tried calling someone to fix it the day before checkout, but nobody answered. In the morning, when we told the staff, she said she had finished work at 7 pm and that they’d find a plumber to fix it later. We said we’d paid for a room and service ready for a good night’s sleep, but hadn’t received that, and we were leaving, so what was the point of fixing it now? She apologized, and that was all.

The nearby bars are handy if you want to stumble home, though they can be noisy until midnight. The rooms are budget priced. A few ants gave me a wake-up call, but the staff put down powder and got it sorted.

The rooms are clean, with cleaning twice a week, the pool is clean, the showers are hot, the beds are comfortable, and the air con works. The staff are lovely, and you can order breakfast if you want. It’s a great location within walking distance of a 711 and various places to eat. I stay here every time I’m in Hua hin.

The rooms are basic, which matches the price, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Just ask if you need anything. This is the least expensive place around, as far as I could tell, and the location is amazing, central to everything in Hua Hin and just over a kilometer from the beach. There’s no pool here. I believe the Pearl next door has one. I’d already booked across the street, but I used the ocean as my pool, with an even better view. Yes, I’d stay here again. Great location and price.

I stayed in Nov. 2020 for 500 baht. The hotel is a nice little place near shopping, bars, and the beach, with clean rooms at a very reasonable price. There’s a nice parking lot, and staff moved some things so I could park my motorcycle in a covered area. The room had a kettle, refrigerator, and good wifi. The staff were very pleasant. Highly recommended.
