OYO 481 Baan Kai Na

We were very happy with our seven nights here. The host was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, with air conditioning, a big bed, a fridge, a TV, Wi-Fi, and a small outdoor area for clothes. There's parking on site, plus coffee facilities and laundry machines and dryers. Great value for the price. Thanks for the stay, I'd recommend it. 🙏👍

There are plenty of good spots for food and coffee within a few hundred meters, even though the hotel isn't central. I especially liked Veggie Tales for vegan food and Black Monster coffee shop for a strong coffee and getting a few hours of work done. Just be careful if walking alone at night: I had a bit of trouble with a pack of stray dogs down the soi away from the main road. I wasn't hurt, and there were no other issues during my stay, but I didn't go that way again. The hosts were friendly and wanted guests to be comfortable, with tea and coffee provided. The room was very clean and comfortable, and had strong air conditioning and a fridge, things I didn't expect at such a cheap price. Excellent value, and I'd have no problem recommending the hotel.

The owner was incredibly friendly and seemed to anticipate what we'd need. Before we checked out, he offered luggage storage so we could spend our last hours before the train without carrying our bags. He also offered tea and showed us a bathroom to use after checkout before we even asked. Oyo was lovely and meticulously clean, with air conditioning and a fridge in the rooms. Guests can use the free coffee station, and there are plenty of water bottles. A really friendly, outstanding stay.

The hotel isn't right in the center, but once you explore a little, you find good places nearby to visit, including Hua Hin Fishing Pier. The room was clean and spacious, and about what you'd expect for the price.
