You can walk straight across the road to the beach, with lots of beach bars serving good food and drinks. Back at the resort, there's a small pool with loungers, plus an on-site cafe and bar with a pool table. The staff were lovely and helpful, and everything was spotless. My bathroom was basic but clean. It's pet friendly and good value. I booked through Agoda and paid very little for the stay.

The pool stayed open until 11pm, which made late swims a real treat. This is a quiet part of Hua Hin, and the basic rooms make sense for the price. One thing bothered us: we were told off for putting out the “make up room” sign each day, since service could only be requested every other day. I'd still recommend it and stay again for a reliable budget option.

We left rather than extend our stay, because the service experience was so disappointing. The day shift receptionist seemed dismissive and uninterested, and made no effort to help, suggest another option, or find a fix. It left us feeling ignored. The room we received also wasn't the one we'd booked. We understand rooms may sometimes be fully booked, but the lack of assistance was the most upsetting part. Helpful, attentive staff would make a big difference to the resort's image. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service.

Ask for a bungalow at the back, away from the road. The place is cute and quaint, with a saltwater pool and a newly built restaurant serving fire-roasted pizza, plus a pool table. It's very pet friendly. On the way to the beach across the street, there's a Western-style bakery and massage.
