The rooftop was a great place to sit back with a beer or have a smoke, and the shared pool was clean, well kept, and had toilets. The staff were especially helpful: they let us order Grab food and brought plates and cutlery so we could eat in the seating area out front. For 550 Baht a night, I thought the room was good value. It was simple but practical, with a big fridge and good air-conditioning. The hotel is in a pleasant little village-style area, close enough to walk to restaurants, massage places, hairdressers, the beach, and a shopping center. We were on the third floor, and all those stairs got tiring each morning. There’s no elevator, so anyone who struggles with steps should ask about a lower floor ahead of time. I’d happily stay again.

It’s less than a three-minute walk to the beach, and easy to find on Soi Hua Hin 67. I stayed during Songkran 2026 and paid around 6xx+ baht, which felt like a great deal. The place was super clean, and the woman at reception was so sweet and polite. Best guesthouse I’ve stayed at, hands down.

I was there for 7 or 8 days in April 2019, right at the end of the tourist season, when the rates were heavily discounted. For a long stay, farang can negotiate the room price ahead of time, as they can elsewhere in Thailand. The rooms were clean, and the daily maid service made the bed and kept everything tidy. The friendly Thai staff also kept the refrigerator stocked with bottled water. The beach is conveniently close, about 150 meters away, and there’s a public pool nearby that several hotels share. The restaurant on the premises was average for Thailand, though there was great food just a short walk away at the entrance to the Soi.
