The house was lovely and matched the listing exactly, and everyone enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and beautiful, and the bathroom was nice too. It's a little way down the alley, but there's a 7-Eleven nearby, which is handy. We were comfortable and had a good time.

Housekeeping was acceptable and did a good job, but the water system was terrible. The water stopped at 9 PM and didn't come back until 9 AM the next morning. When I called housekeeping, they said the housing project had turned it off.

The villa has mountain views and good air, and it's around 5 km from the beach, with tourist attractions nearby. It's in Hua Hin Soi 6, about 2.5 km from the main road. At the entrance to the soi there's a Makro food service; on the way to the villa are three convenience stores and a Family Mart. There's also an ice factory where you can buy ice by the sack, useful for large groups. For sightseeing, driving into town on Khlong Canal road, parallel to Phetkasem Road, is quicker and less congested.

The guesthouse is just over 2 km from the main road, which felt reasonable compared with other places I've stayed. It's not buried far down the soi or isolated, and the atmosphere is great. There are several 7-Eleven stores along the lane, plus a night market selling fresh produce, so it's very convenient. Highly recommend!
