It’s an older condo, and you can see its age, but the setting is nice and the beach location is good. The grounds were pleasant and the pool was a relaxing place to sit. The one bedroom units are large by Thailand standards.
I was carrying my three year old daughter when a scruffy older man confronted me outside the office. He shouted, apparently unable to speak English, and physically assaulted me. My Thai partner stepped in, and he ran away. I thought he looked as if he might be under the influence of drink or drugs, though I can’t say for sure. We’d arrived with my partner and child, gone to reception, and been allowed to look around the facilities. After the incident we returned to complain. The security guard apologised, but the damage was done. In my opinion, that man is in the wrong job. Appalling behaviour from security, completely rude and cowardly.
We came to see the place as a possible future home. It looked beautiful and just right for our family, but the security guard came up to us in a really aggressive, rude way. I felt intimidated and left disappointed. He shouldn’t be doing that job, he belongs in a bulldog cage.
The location is good, with a 7/11 and pharmacy next door. The pool and grounds are excellent. Road noise is a problem in the front condos.
We loved spending a whole month here with our family. Between the location, the pool and the lovely beach access, it made a great spot for a family holiday.
