The main draw for us was the cute terrace, but the noise meant we could only use it once during our month there. On Building B's ground floor, a family staying long term had a child who was constantly screaming, and the balcony doors stayed open all day. In our unit, mould and neglect were visible, likely from poor maintenance and long vacancies. It was really tough, we could hardly breathe and should have left right away. The laundry service at the hotel is overpriced, and there are no machines on site. Local facilities are 900m away. Drinking water at the front desk is also overpriced, so be ready to walk or order some. There is potential here, but a neglected or noisy unit can make the stay a waste of money and absolutely unusable. Building A on a high floor has stunning views and, I assume, peace because it's away from that family. The apartments are a nice size, with high ceilings and spacious terraces or balconies. The decor depends on the owner, but is mostly not that bad. The pool is quiet and cute, and the beach is very close, around 100m away. Staff are polite and helpful. There are also a few nice restaurants, a 7eleven, and a couple of coffee shops nearby.

The beach is only a short walk away, and there are lots of restaurants around Takiap. We've stayed here several times in different condos. It's a nice spot, with a great pool area for relaxing. The condos are spacious enough for two, and there's parking on the property, security around the clock, and a fitness room to keep in shape.

It's very tranquil beside a golf course, and the large pool is inviting for a swim. The Autumn Condo is a fantastic building. The staff throughout are excellent and always try to help guests.

The beach that's best in the area is about 300 meters away. This is a very quiet, cozy condo next to Khao takiab mountain and surrounded by golf courses. It's a high-quality place from one of Thailand's best construction companies, Sansiri, and is in excellent condition and very well maintained. There's everything you need, including a large salt water pool and an excellent air-conditioned gym with good equipment. Highly recommend it for a quiet, leisurely family vacation.

Just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach, with restaurants, 7 eleven, and family mart nearby. It's an adorable little Condo with nice ocean views and views of the sea pine golf course. The common areas are clean, the pool is nice, and there's plenty of parking for bikes and cars.
