We chose this place first and were glad we didn't look elsewhere. The room and the rest of the facilities were exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the surroundings were quiet. Check-in was quick, so within five minutes of arriving I was relaxing in the sun on the balcony and looking at the mountains. The beach is a five-minute walk away, and there are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants nearby, plus a large convenience store. We'll be back!

We loved how quiet this condo is. There's no bar or restaurant, so you just look after yourself. Watching the birds in the morning and evening was lovely. The condo has what you need, including a comfortable bed, a good shower and a fine kitchen and lounge. A smart TV and satellite package would make it fantastic.

The room had almost everything, including a very strong air-conditioner, and the kitchen items were all new and clean. The place was spotless and tidy, with a view of the small green hills. It's a five-minute walk to the beach, and there's a Family Mart right in front of the main gate, plus several food options within walking distance. Reception and gate staff were courteous and helpful. There's plenty of open and covered parking inside the building, watched by the gatekeepers. The pool looked clean, but I didn't have time to use it. Cicada night market is close too. A very nice stay, and worth coming back for.

A beautiful, brand-new condo south of hua hin city. It's quiet and overlooks the golf course, and the beach is only a three-minute walk away. I'd suggest hiring a motorbike.
