The pool is nice and the beach is close, but the building feels well past its prime after about 15 years. There are a lot of hidden defects, and the one-bedroom units in particular are poorly maintained. Living in those conditions was a nightmare. On the higher floors, some landlords rent out condos in such poor shape that it's shameful. At 500 THB per square meter, I'd rather sleep in my car. The place has too many flaws and is far too expensive for what you get. There are much better options nearby if you do some research, and I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Don't trust some agents, either, as they can be unscrupulous.

The beach is only about a three-minute walk away, and the floors were clean with a nice pool on site. Monkeys live on Rock Mountain and come through the area each morning looking for food. Enjoy watching them, but keep your distance because they can get aggressive.

The sea was clean, and the sunsets from here were really beautiful. A great place.

It's tucked away and feels isolated, though you can walk to the beach, which is less crowded than the downtown shore. There's no convenience store nearby, so pick up what you need before checking in.

The accommodation itself is absolutely wonderful, but the staff made us feel unwelcome. They rarely communicated, seemed to stay hidden in an office, and were hard to reach. During our 28-night booking, two staff members came over rudely while I was quietly talking by the pool with my family. They said my 10-year-old granddaughter couldn't play with her small ball in the pool and accused us of moving a sunbed. We'd followed the posted rules and hadn't moved any. The pool area was full of people, including a family who had actually left their sunbeds in a mess, but the staff singled us out. When I said we hadn't moved anything, one person angrily insisted we had and pointed at that other family, so I sent her over to speak to them too. We're a family of 11 who spend a month in Thailand every year, and we try to follow the rules so we don't upset other guests. If the company doesn't want holiday guests using the accommodation, perhaps it shouldn't advertise the apartments as having unlimited rental potential. Outside the condos you can laugh, joke, and enjoy yourself, but once inside, it feels like you have to be silent. Sadly, we won't be coming back.
