For 990 baht you get a balcony, or it's 890 without one. The room was fantastic and the value excellent, right in the middle of all the action. The beach takes about ten minutes to reach on foot. Motorbike parking is right outside, but there's nowhere for a car on this small street. Downstairs there's free coffee and tea and a nice place to sit. The staff are friendly and helpful. My room also had a fan as well as air conditioning, which I prefer.

The location worked well, within walking distance of restaurants and nightlife, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Just know there are three levels and no elevator. On the few occasions we saw staff they seemed friendly, but otherwise they were nowhere to be found.

I slept well every night here. It's quiet after dark, even though it's in the heart of Hau Hin, down an alley and close to nightlife and everything going on. The rooms are gorgeous, modern, very clean, and have a comfortable western-style king bed. I've booked again for songkrong and expect to keep staying here.

Thanks for the hospitality! It's a quiet place in a good location, with delicious local street food downstairs. The hotel was very clean, and my comfortable room had a balcony and a big king bed with a good mattress.
