It’s a little far from the city center, and the sofa is torn. Some of the chairs are worn too, probably because the place has been open for a while. Replacing them with new ones would be a good idea. The rooms are clean, though, and everything else is acceptable.

There are two bedrooms with large beds and two bathrooms, plus both a Thai kitchen and a Western one. The rooms are clean and smell nice, the air conditioning gets very cold, and they provide free water. There’s also a washing machine and a reasonably large pool. It’s a bit far from the main road, but there are three 7-Eleven stores down the alley. The housekeeper is incredibly lovely and gives excellent service. 👍👍👍👍👍

A good spot for a laid-back break with a big family or a group of friends. It can sleep more than 10 people, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen, plus a saltwater pool at a comfortable depth. The owner is kind and lovely, and the price is affordable. It’s near 7-Eleven, ATMs, a morning market and the town center, so tourist attractions are easy to reach. It’s not on the beach, but everything else is provided.

Aside from the noise, it was a good place with a pretty complete set of kitchen appliances and amenities, plus a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and fun karaoke with a good microphone and speakers. I had to book at short notice that day because of the rules against dogs at other places, and switched from staying by the sea to somewhere near the mountain view. Songkran meant almost every house seemed occupied, with loud music and people having fun in the house opposite. They did turn it off late at night as required, but I was still dizzy from all the different music. Then the house next door had the sound of water jumping up and down even at midnight.
