Franjipani Resort Hua Hin

The beach is a short walk away, and there are a couple of nearby shops for essentials. My partner and I stayed 6 weeks at Franjipani Longstay Resort in the small 1 bedroom apartment, which suited our needs perfectly. It was peaceful and secure, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The swimming pool, 80 metres, WOW! We got a great rate for staying that long, and the longer you stay, the better the deals get. Thoroughly recommended! 😀

Good value for a quiet monthly rental, with no long contracts. The pool is great, and it’s near the beach and shops with no traffic noise. There can sometimes be construction, depending on where your unit is in the building line. To get further into town, you’ll need a car or bike unless you’re up for walking over 1.5 km to the sontaw.

The reception staff were kind and supportive, and the rate is very attractive. The resort is close to the beach and about a 10-15 minute drive to Hua Hin. Its low, two-storey buildings arranged around the pool make the well maintained grounds and pools especially attractive. The condo-hotel apartments belong to individual owners and are managed by Franjipani Resort. Our apartment, no. 525, was spacious and had a nice pool view, though apartments differ in size and equipment. The air conditioning worked fine, but the furnishings and supplies were very sparse: little or no tableware, crockery, cutlery, and other basics, and the few plates had chipped edges. We had to buy some essentials to make it more convenient and comfortable. Apart from these shortcomings, which seem to be down to a stingy owner, everything else was fine.

The beach is only 200 meters away. Just cross the street from your room and you’re there. The staff are very customer friendly, booking is easy, and the resort is very cheap. You pay for electricity and water when you check out. It’s a very nice place just outside Hua Hin, in Khao Takiap. I come 4 times a year and always enjoy it. I LOVE IT 🙏🙏🙏
