For an inexpensive condo, Hin Nam is a really good choice. The grounds are well kept, and there’s a big pool with a children’s section. Some apartments even look out to sea. Staff are friendly and sort out household problems quickly. There’s also a gym and sauna, and the sea is 300 meters away. A nice place to live :)

The best part is the swimming pool in the middle of the building, and you can also use the old building’s pool, which is almost like a water park. Around the complex there are lots of restaurants, so not having breakfast included wasn’t much of a problem. We stayed four nights in the new building after visiting this region a couple of times, and I’m sorry we didn’t find it sooner. For 799 THB, the apartment had a small living room, kitchen, bathroom and a king-size bed. The apartments are modern and well equipped with two air conditioners, a TV, microwave and kettle. The staff were super friendly, there was enough parking, and there’s a gym and sauna on site for an extra charge. I can highly recommend Hin Nam Sai Say Condominium. I really loved it and will be back on our next stop in Hua Hin.

A quiet place with a good swimming pool. There are several cafes nearby with good food. It takes about 15 minutes by songteo bus to reach the town center, or 30 minutes to Thakiab.

The building is a little old, but the pool is nice. The price is acceptable and the location is good.
