Fresh Inn Hotel

Our deluxe room on the 7 floor was small, but clean and comfy, with a good bed and 4 fantastic pillows. We had an ocean view. The wifi was a little up and down, though it worked well most of the time. Breakfast was good, with different Thai and western dishes to choose from each morning. The staff were amazing, and the location is perfect, near everything. Had 5 amazing nights here. I’ll absolutely come back, highly recommended.

The woman at the front desk was so kind and helped me sort out an issue with a family member who passed in Thailand. I’m eternally grateful, and I look forward to visiting here again.

The location is handy, with little shops and restaurants nearby, and the railway station about a 10 minute walk away. It’s a 2 minute walk to 7-Eleven and Cafe Amazon, and 3 minutes to the beach. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and a decent size. Street music from the pubs in the alley beside the hotel was a bit loud at night, but it stops after closing time. Still, a good find.

The location is excellent, close to bars and restaurants, and the welcome was very good. The room maids stay on top of things. But breakfast is poor, with little choice, and there’s a man in the restaurant who almost growls at you every morning. He seems to hate his job and, by the look of him, the customers too. Ask for anything and he looks at you like you’re filth. I’m still at the hotel, and he makes breakfast taste sour. I’ll speak to the manager in the morning. Apart from him, the room is good, maybe a bit dark. The TV needs updating and so does the internet. That chap in the restaurant ruins the whole stay. He needs to go!
