The construction is unfinished, with sharp bits sticking out and the sewers left open. I wouldn't call this place safe, especially for children, who should avoid it. It's dusty and dirty, even the blankets smell bad, and you can't count on the facilities to work. Save your money and stay somewhere better.

These newly built houses are clean, with good Wi-Fi, and pets are allowed. Hua Hin center is only 5 km away. The rates are very cheap for stays of a month or longer!

The price is good, though the bathroom windows don't close, so I hear the neighbors a lot.

It's a nice, modern place, but the swimming pool looks bigger than it actually is.

We weren't happy with the service. When we tried to sort out our problem, the owner came across as unprofessional.
