The water park was the only part I liked, and it doesn’t make up for what we paid. The place is neglected, and it isn’t worth the money. The corridors smelled strongly unpleasant, while the exterior walls were filthy and peeling. Inside, the wallpaper was coming off, the floor was filthy when we arrived, and my child’s white socks turned black after he walked on it. There was a strong sewage smell throughout the room. When we asked someone to deal with it, the cleaner said she couldn’t smell anything. The air conditioners were very noisy and right outside the bedroom. The sofas were dirty and stained, and the kitchen had no knives. We asked for some and got just one, a meat-cutting knife. There was no mop either, so we bought our own. We didn’t trust the cleaning service after seeing the state of the room on arrival, and we saw them clean the hallway with a dirty rag. The resort is only a few meters from a railway, with no noise insulation. You can hear trains passing loudly, especially at night. The water park wasn’t enough to justify the price of a hotel in this condition.
