We had no complaints about the breakfast included in our rate, where you can order eggs, an omelette, and similar options. The hotel was clean and good value, with plenty of restaurants and a 7-11 nearby. The train station is only a 10-minute walk away. Staff were nice, though they spoke very little English. Google Translate worked a treat.

My family needed somewhere at the last minute because our rental home wasn't available when it was supposed to be. I came across this place while walking to check availability at another hotel, and I'm glad I did. Whenever we needed to extend our stay, the staff were accommodating and kind. They serve breakfast, and there are lots of comfortable chairs in the lobby and by the pool, with plenty of breeze. There are also games and books to enjoy.

The hotel's location is very good, and breakfast was decent. We don't eat pork or beef, and my daughter is vegetarian, so they provided vegetarian filled Pao buns. I'm taking off a star because the water in the bathroom, especially the shower, had an unpleasant smell.

Norndee is a super clean, well-kept boutique hotel, and you can tell the owners and staff take pride in it. I really liked the architecture, and the location is great, just a few steps from Cicada and Tamarind Markets, both a must visit in HuaHin. As a solo traveler, the room suited me perfectly, and the included coffee setup was essential for me. Breakfast was just right too, an expanded continental rather than a full buffet. I enjoyed my two-night stay and saw great customer service in a couple of small things. I checked in around 11am, knowing the room wouldn't be ready until 2pm. I cooled off in the pool briefly, then went to the beach. When I returned at 3pm, the room was ready and my bags had been put inside. I might expect that at a high-end resort, but not necessarily at a boutique place like this. I usually leave the do not disturb sign up on a short stay, since I don't need housekeeping to refresh the room. I do need coffee and water, and normally go to the front desk for them. One afternoon I came back and found a bag on the door handle with bottled water and extra coffee supplies. That felt like real customer service and showed the pride the owner and staff take in the place. Thanks for a great stay. I can definitely recommend Norndee.
