Phukalini Luxury Pool Villa & Onsen

Our villa came with a huge private pool, a separate Japanese Onsen, and a Jacuzzi just for us. The staff were lovely and took care of everything we needed, and the food was lovely too. My daughter made daily use of the free ice cream machine! We had a fabulous stay and would thoroughly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Hua Hin.

The only weak point was the small gym. Otherwise, everything was amazing, from the spacious rooms and large, comfortable bed to the high-end finishes, huge TV, lovely gardens, fantastic breakfast, and nice pool. It has a fantastic, upscale feel. Highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely come back.

Our family felt very comfortable and well looked after, and we’d love to return. Oreo was especially on the ball, helping us sort out big and small problems and making the stay feel like a little dream. All the staff were phenomenally friendly and accommodating. The rooms were modern, super clean, and luxuriously furnished, and the furnishings fit the place beautifully. Service was excellent, with great attention to detail. The food was great too, and I recommend the cocktails, especially at happy hour from 5 to 7 pm, when you get two for the price of one. The pool area has a fantastic slide and waterfall. Kids are well catered for, with electric cars for little ones and air hockey, ping-pong, and billiards for older children. The outdoor area is well maintained, and rooms without a private terrace have a sunbathing area with seating near the entrance. We were also welcomed with free soft ice cream and three small cheesecakes.

We were nine people in a four-bedroom pool villa, and it was a fantastic place for family time and relaxing. The staff were exceptional, breakfast was excellent, and everywhere was very clean. Especially good for families.
